The meditation changes the phsysical structure of the brain. Until recently, this idea would have seemed absurd "Scientist used to belive that the brain reaches its peak in adulthood and doesn't change-until it starts to decrease in late adulthood", Luders says. "Today we know that everything we do, and every experience we have , actually changes the brain".
Indeed the researchers finds several differences between the brains of meditators and nonmeditators.
Neuroscientists now know that the brain you have today is in part, a reflection of the demands you have placed on it.....
Now...Improve your attention.
New research shows that meditation can help you improve your ability to concentrate in two ways. First, It can make you better at focusing on something specific while ignoring distractions. Second, it can make you more capable of noticing what is happening around you, giving you a fuller perspective on the present moment.
All the best,
Namaste!

How to get what you want?
To begin with it is important to know what it is that you want and feel it. Once this thought is translated into a feeling, at that time, you ask for your wish. After you have asked for it, it is important to thank as if you have already received your wish and wait for it to happen.
Our feelings dictate our thoughts so it is important to be mindful of what we feel so that we might be able to change our thoughts. In the end we are what we think, and we attract everything we wish for consciously or unconsciously.
Think and feel only the best and you will get the same
